PAX East: Two games that belong on Wii

While touring the PAX East exhibition floor, we had the pleasure of seeing two amazing games destined for much success: Limbo and Puzzle Quest 2. David labeled PQ2 a must buy that’s all but pre-ordered for his DS Lite, while I couldn’t stop gushing over Limbo, a simple black and white Xbox Live Arcade 2D platformer that deals in nothing but light, shadow and a pair of beady white eyes ...

Question: Is there any way to transfer DSi and WiiWare games?

Good day, clever, handsome and intelligent Infendo readers. Is there anyway DSi and Wii owners can transfer their downloaded games to a newly purchased system? Could be by legal means or a work around’whatever. For any recent XL upgraders (or anyone who’s had to switch Wiis), what does the existing knowledge base say?

New Game Get seeks out Cave Story, Red Steel 2, and DSi XL

Along with it, Nintendo is releasing America’s Test Kitchen and WarioWare DIY. And now Nintendo is putting out Game & Watch titles for download, kinda makes me want a DSi. The other big DS releases this week are Shin Megami Tensei and Dawn of Heroes....

Mega Man 10, Bass and other DLC Annoucned

If you have ever played Mega Man 7 on the Super Nintendo. You should be familiar with the sinister copy of Mega Man know as Bass. He is of course designed by Dr. Wily, and was constructed based on research on Mega Man. New Game Get: Mega Man 10 is released today!

Mega Man 10 is out today for Wii! And just in case you didn’t buy the four original Sonic games on the Virtual Console, you can get them on a DS game pak this week. MLB 2k10 is also out on both Wii and DS. There’s a new game that comes with a camera for Wii called Racquet Sports, too. Personally, I want to go download some Silversun Pickups on Rock Band 2 before their tour hits town th...

New Game Get takes a dip in the Endless Ocean

The big release this week is the budget title sequel to Endless Ocean for Wii. I think it’s the first WiiSpeak game Nintendo has released since Animal Crossing came out over a year ago. On the downloadable side of things, GhostSlayer sounds interesting as its the first WiiWare game I know of that uses MotionPlus. Of note: there are no Virtual Console games at all this week! That must mean ev...

Mega Man priced at $10, more screens revealed

Color me blue this morning, because there’s some significant info out regarding WiiWare exclusive Mega Man 9, and it’s all goooood. First, price. It’s going to be $10. Yeah, $10. I was actually expecting more for some reason, but I’ll gladly pay ten bucks for a brand new 8-bit Mega Man title. Considering what I paid for original NES games in the 80s and 90s, this is a steal...

Top 10 Things That Annoy Me About the Wii

Over the past two years the Wii, and by extension Nintendo, has enjoyed immense success. Massive sales, new avenues of consumer adoption, grannies boxing grannies, and soccer moms getting fit on a video game controller–it’s all here, and the impact is undeniable. Why then, I ask, am I still so annoyed with this amazing machine? Before I jump headfirst into flame land, however, hereR...
