Nintendo just dropped a bombshell. 3D space? Are you kidding me? I just can’t believe what’s been revealed tonight. Everyone involved in games have been affected this evening. Gamers, both casual and hard-core, developers (they have they’re work cut out for them), and even non-gamers. It should be a very fun during the next few months to learn more about the games, the possibilit...
Check out GameSpot’s feature on the 8 controller demos that were featured at the show. The possibilities are endless. I feel like I first did upon seeing the DS. It was weird at first by look how far that’s gone. Let’s hope they take this thing even further.[additional images: 1 \ 2]

Revolution controller looks like futuristic television remote. Glossy white design. Looks Apple iPod inspired. Controller is held in one hand. Attachments in the other. Attachments connect to the bottom of the controller. Iwata shows analog stick attachment. Thinking about packing Revolution with the main controller and attachment, Iwata says. Controller acts like a mouse in real-space 3D. Pefect ...

Well, if all is true, Nintendo will reveal some rev details along with the controller tonight at 10pm EST. Any last predictions? Gyro? Microphone input? Touch input? How many buttons? It should be good and will be monitoring the “haps” around that time. Stay tuned. It’s almost here.
According to ExtraLife, the original NES patent ran out. That means those fake NES systems you’ve seen at your local mall should now be legal. I don’t know where they’re getting this patent info but apparently Generation Nex have already sold out for the month. We still prefer the original. Maybe even a NES II. [Source: ExtraLife]
Nintendo has announced that they will release Final Fantasy IV (which was II in US) for the GBA this holiday season. Although the graphics and boards will remain the same, the company has said we can expect some additional game elements exclusive to the handheld version. The game will be released Stateside on December 12th. [Source: IGN]
Where do you go to look for games? You’ve played all the hits (or you think you have) and you’re perusing for something new. I normally Amazon the games I’ve enjoyed then read what other people have currently bought or looked at. It’s an excellent way to find new titles and that’s how I stumbled across Beyond Good & Evil (you know I’m a big proponent for tha...
IGN gives the scoop on what to hope for this Friday, or Thursday if you’re in the States. Expect Iwata’s 50 minute keynote at 10:00pm EST and 7:00pm PST on Thursday night (That’s tomorrow!!!). The table is set… Now all we need is a revealed controller and a final build of the system would be much appreciated too. [Source: IGN]
Today, September 13, 2005 marks the 20th anniversary of the Japanese release of Super Mario Bros. We all know how much it did for gaming in general. From all of us at Infendo, thanks Ninny, and please, continue to inspire.[Thanks Chris]
All the various iPods have sold well, why not the Micro? iLounge.com has a great article on the similarities between Apple’s iPods and Nintendo’s GBA’s. They make some valid points in that despite the system’s price, it’s a good strategic move on Nintendo’s part. Oh yeah, and the article features some of the best Micro/Nano pics this side of the Mississippi. [So...
