Early Mario Kart DS reviews are popping up, and they look extrememly positive. IGN gives the game a 9.5/10, saying: The only way to finish this review is just to say it: this is the greatest Mario Kart game ever developed, and is without a doubt the best DS game of 2005. 1UP gives a slightly more conservative score of 9.0/10, noting: Everything about MKDS comes together into a surprisingly compell...
Analysts have been predicting PS3 dominance in the next-gen mostly based on current gen sales, but here’s one author who takes a less analytical approach and comes up with something different in this article titled Nintendo’s Role in Sony’s Fall. Finally, a rumor that has a chance. According to Spanish site Meristation, Ubisoft is making a Doom-like FPS for Revolution in their Canadian studio. The site claimed that the game will be unveiled at next year’s E3. No other details were given. Later, another foreign site confirmed that Ubisoft is indeed making FPS titles in both Montreal and Paris for Revolution. Whether either of the two ...

Let me be clear about this: We’re not asking whether you think it’ll sink or float in the long run, we want your thoughts about the system and its games now and throughout the launch period,...
Only a few days after their interview in which Jim Merrick called Mark Rein out, Eurogamer gets the other side of the coin from Mark Rein. The Epic Games VP clarified that when he said Revolution would spawn “gimmicky, crappy, cheap, I-wish-I-hadn’t-bought-it games”, he actually “wasn’t bashing Nintendo [or] the controller, [he] was really just saying that a byproduct...

Given the bias nature of our site, I think it’s safe to say this poll was a race for second place. The Japanese duo takes it. If you selected MS or Sony, what games are you most excited about? Thanks for voting, and let us know what strategy you think Nintendo should take from here on out in this week’s survey. [Source: Infendo]
