A CHALLENGER APPROACHES – 10 Characters That Should Be In Super Smash Bros Switch

With the Announcement of Super Smash Bros Switch coming out this year its a good time to speculate on some of the new characters that might be in the new Smash. Of course Nintendo always manages to bring in a surprise character or two, but here are 10 characters we think should be in the new Smash game. 1.Crash Bandicoot Crash makes a ton of sense for smash with The  N-Sane Trilogy coming to Switc...

Video: Animal Crossing outfits for Felynes in Monster Hunter 4 Ultimate

Back in July, Capcom confirmed that Link-inspired equipment would be included in Monster Hunter 4 Ultimate. Now the developer has released a trailer showing off “outfits” for the player’s Felyne companions that resemble Isabelle and Resetti from the Animal Crossing series. They even make those distinctive Animal Crossing chattering sounds. How cute! Felynes are cat-like creatures...

Link, Isabelle, new tracks and more coming to Mario Kart 8 as DLC

History will be made this November: for the first time in a Mario Kart game, Link (…from the Zelda series) will be hitting the tracks. The new character comes as part of a DLC pack that’ll also unlock a couple of new cups with brand-new tracks to race on. If my instincts serve me, the new cups will be a Yoshi’s egg cup of some sort and a Triforce cup. This Spring, Isabelle and th...

SSB Pic of the Day reveals new Villager alternatives, including female Villager

Masahiro Sakurai, director of the Super Smash Bros. games headed for Wii U and Nintendo 3DS, has announced, via Miiverse, the option to play as different versions of the Villager (Animal Crossing series), which include at least two female iterations. This doesn’t change the Villager’s moveset, of course, but it is nice to see character variations that amount to more than a simple palet...

New card cases hit Club Nintendo

If you listen to Infendo Radio, you may know that I’m quite keen on Club Nintendo, a rewards program for fans who register their games and systems and take surveys to earn coins that can be redeemed for downloadable games and physical goodies. Today the service saw the addition of new Nintendo 3DS game card cases for 400 coins per “set.” A set includes a card case in the shape an...

Nintendo to Patch Controversial Tomodachi Collection: New Life Glitch

Tomodachi Collection: New Life quickly became Japans hottest selling 3DS game after it launched.  The games is sort of a mixture between Sims and Animal crossing, but allows the player to be their Mii character in game.  A part of the game’s huge success is that gamers that bought Animal Crossing: A New Leaf also purchased Tomodachi Collection: New Life, on top of those that purchased the ga...

New Animal Crossing 3D Trailer And A Must Have Wii U Pro Controller

When Animal crossing was first announced, I didn’t give it much credit.  In fact, it appeared to be just an child’s version of an MMORPG.  Since I am not a fan of MMORPGs, I barely looked at it twice.  What I didn’t know, is that it is actually a pretty fun game with plenty to do and see. The only reason I did finally check it out, is that I have daughters.  Although the puppy do...

New Animal Crossing 3DS trailer unveiled

Today, Nintendo released new trailers for some of their upcoming 3DS titles via the Japanese edition of Nintendo Direct. The first of these trailers included Animal Crossing 3DS, which will release in Japan on November 8th for the Nintendo 3DS. Titled Animal Crossing: Jump Out!, the latest handheld version of Nintendo’s popular life-sim will also have new features. These include the ability ...

New 3D trailers highlight great things to come

Six new 3D trailers have been added to the eShop, giving an updated preview of Super Mario 3D Land, Mariokart 7, Luigi’s Mansion 2, Mario Tennis, Paper Mario and Animal Crossing. These titles are the reason I bought a 3DS, and they’re all looking fantastic. Luigi’s Mansion 2, in fact, looks like it may turn out to be the surprise super-charmer of the bunch.

Youtube Tuesday: What’s goin on in your Town?

Do you know it has been almost 8 years since the original Animal Crossing was released on the Game Cube? Ever wonder what happened to your town? I’m actually too scared to boot mine up.

Animal Crossing Wii confirmed for E3 2008

The speculation began last week when the Official Nintendo Magazine (UK) featured an Animal Crossing image with the caption “Its Been a while! It’s time to revisit an old friend. How’s your village doing these days?” in their ‘Next Month’ preview section. Many thought the mag was just teasing their guesses at what would be presented at E3. These rumors can be laid to re...
