Nintendo Revolution Goes Gold?

Doubtful. From the article: “Thus, according to gamemag.ru, who is citing Inside Gamer, is seems that Nintendo Revolution’s configuration is complete and the device is ready for mass production. And since the release date for the Revolution is in May, that gives the Japanese manufacturers 5 months in order to manufacture enough consoles.” [Thanks, Carmine!]

Happy Nintendo Holidays!

Although to me this Christmas has more than any previous year seemed like just another day, there’s no way to shake the warm feeling that comes with waking up knowing that I have no work to do, putting on my pajamas, and flipping open the DS. Who is going to play what this Christmas morning? Expecting anything special from Santa Mario?

Almost half of Infendo readers that voted believe the Revolution will drop next fall. Our in-house Infendo Genie says fall as well, so bring on Zelda: Twilight Princess and a plethora of DS games until then.[Source: Infendo]

Nintendo Spotting

While on my way home to Los Angeles from Saint Paul, I spied this woman killing time at the airport gate by playing her jet black Game Boy Advance SP at the Minneapolis/St. Paul airport. I only wish she’d had a DS so I could’ve challenged her in a mid-flight Mario Kart showdown. Let the battle for the spare bag of peanuts begin!

Revolution- In May??

Since the Revolution was shown off this past May, there’s been a lot of chatter about it’s release. When? How much? Nintendo has given us very little to base our predictions off of. She know the local Nintendo representative (brings in new demos, sets up Nintendo produ...

Gameboy Micro for $49

Apparently, Costco is selling Gameboy Micros for $49 after an instant $10 rebate. A reader writes: “I just came back from my local Costco which is in San Francisco and to my surprise they were selling the Gameboy Micro for $49.97!” At least in the Bay area, but head over to the wholesaler warehouse to see if you can pick up the best designed hardware of 2005. [Thanks, Douglas]

Now, scans of the article have hit the interwebs and they shed a bit more light on the subject. NGC is a UK mag, so when they said Revolution is likely gonna hit in November, it was meant for Europe. When you insert the Twilight Princess disc into the Revolution, you will...
