Last November, Nintendo president Reggie Fils-Aime predicted that New Super Mario Bros Wii would outsell the 360 version of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 by January. “Absolutely. Why developers today are too afraid (or too proud) to create a finely tune 2D game like Blaster Master Overdrive is beyond me. The game’s a $10 blast, pardon the pun, and the “story” consists of three or four still images at the very beginning. Case closed.
