A recent article in Wired magazine lists ways to lose “game gut” by playing more games. Some of their tips: Instead of 30 minutes of aerobics (242 calories), play 30 minutes of Wii Boxing (250 calories). The delay to power-off Wii is annoying (albeit minor)
