Mega Man Zero Collection shipping in early 2010

For those of you who have heard about the Mega Man Zero collection coming out in Japan hoping for a US release can rest easy today as Capcom has decided to bring the game over. In a press release sent out today, they stated the the Mega Man Zero series has sold almost 500,000 copies in the United States alone; that’s a pretty big number for a hand held release that isn’t a Mario or Zel...

Learn all about Shiren the Wanderer for the Wii

I have always considered Shiren the Wanderer being one of the hardest yet must fulfilling games ever made. It seems that the Wii Version is giving players a better chance to complete the games.

The greatest Zelda medley ever made!

Just watch and listen. [Thanks Frank]

Red Steel 2 coming March 26 (23 for you lucky Yanks!)

Ubisoft, via the latest trailer for the sequel to their Wii launch title, has revealed that Red Steel 2 will be dropping stateside on March 23, whilst us across the pond will have to twiddle our thumbs for another 72 hours. I’ve no idea about the rest of you but I’m actually quite excited for Red Steel 2.  I know the first game wasn’t exactly incredible but I thought it was a so...

The original Legend of Zelda design Documents

Through some mystical magic that is the Iwata asks segments that Nintendo does every now and then. We now have the chance to see some of the original game design documents for the original legend of Zelda. As you can see above that is the original sprite design sheet used by Miyamoto to design the characters and items of the game. You can see more after the jump.

Brilliant stuff: It’s not that it’s just easier to make a good game of the NES type ’ god knows there were plenty of terrible ones back in the day. I think that developers are losing track of what makes a game good, instead focusing on realistic physics, or meaningless new features, or of course the ever...

Tatsunoko vs Capcom, No More Heroes 2, and Uno highlight New Game Get

The Wii has it going ON this week with Tatsunoko VS. Capcom and No More Heroes 2 coming out. I have to admit that Uno for WiiWare is enticing since it uses online multiplayer. Plus there’s a LucasArts SNES game I’ve never heard of. And it looks like Rock Band 2 is celebrating Umlaut Week.

We are getting Classic Controller Pro in 2010! It has two more shoulder buttons and is bundled with Monster Hunter Tri

A while back on a recording of Infendo Radio I mentioned that Capcom and Nintendo teamed up to develop the Classic Controller Pro. Which was done for the game Monster Hunter due to the fact that Monster Hunter was original developed for the Playstation 2 whose controllers had the extra two shoulder buttons. While the Classic Controller Pro is nothing more than an original classic controller with t...

Still fun

Even after all these years, the Game&Watch collection is good for a few minutes of entertainment every now and again. Mario’s Cement Factory needs batteries though. Poor thing.
