What upcoming Wii game are you most excited to play?

With my mitts already on Excite Bots (good time btw, online betting is awesome, but I sorta miss the trucks), I wonder what’s on everyone else’s radar? Punch-Out? Motion Plus sports (Tiger Woods, Virtua Tennis etc)? The Conduit? Let’s hear it!

Penny Arcade goes there

This Rock Band/Guitar Hero pissing match over who can line the pockets of as many artists as possible with dedicated stand-alone musical act titles is, admittedly, growing a little thin. I say this even as sales of World Tour for the Wii tops all other versions because, frankly, I believe the genre to be tapped, having plateaued in 2008. Regardless, Penny Arcade takes it to an entirely different l...

WiiWare games available on Amazon

So I received a tweet from Amazon Games today saying that World Of Goo for Wii was available for sale.  You apparently pay Amazon and they give you a download code to use on your Wii.  The price ($14.99) was close to the 1500 points it costs on the Wii Shop Channel, so I was left wondering .. What is the benefit of buying a WiiWare game through Amazon?

Poll – How old are you?

It’s time for a demographic check!  Hop on in and take the poll.

Oh, the Game Boy turned 20 today

Happy 20th, you little game changer, you. Often imitated, never duplicated, you still rule even in lite (sic) of your offspring’s wild, wild success.

ExciteBots a “blast,” excels at… gambling?!

Nintendo’s latest foray into the video game driving world took a quirky detour with ExciteBots, which takes the ExciteTrucks formula of yesteryear and ramps it up with, well, bots. But there’s something else beneath the hood. Something sinister.

Step away from the knife, dear readers, for Muramasa is still coming to U.S

Earlier this morning I avoided posting bad news about the gorgeous Wii title, Muramasa: The Demon Blade. I’m glad I did, because the title is still coming here, just by way of a new publisher.

Help wanted: Infendo seeking advertising help

In an effort to grow Infendo with the help of good ole fashioned money, I’m seeking the help of a business manager (independent or otherwise) to hawk ad inventory for us. What that means to readers is more original content, greater post consistency, and fewer ads about flabby stomachs. If you or someone you know might be able to help reach our 85,000 average monthly visitors and 13,000 RSS s...

EA follows Infendo’s advice, bundles MotionPlus with Tiger Woods

EA confirmed today that Tiger Woods PGA 10 will be bundled with MotionPlus. Other territories outside North America will get similar treatment, as well as the tennis title. Fun fact: When you’re right about things as often as we are here at Infendo, it hurts a little right in the middle of your chest. But in a good way. David: Wii MotionPlus = $20? Yeesh. Jack: When people actually use it, t...

Luminous Arc 2 Card Holder and Letter

Today I received a little package in the mail from Atlus headquarters in California. Inside was a tiny prize that would make my heart flutter. A very smooth metallic business card holder with a vibrant picture of one of the characters from Luminous Arc 2 plastered on it. I thought I wasn’t going to get one, but it would seem I had read the contest rules wrong. It would seem that if you were ...
