  1. that was great!

  2. That was one of the best advertisements I’ve seen in a long time.

    Period.

I’m glad Nintendo didn’t do another one of the ads it did for it’s other Wii games (bunch of old people sitting in a living room hopping around like idiots). This was just filled with references! I mean, Doc Louis is even eating one of his remedy bars!

I can’t wait to pick this one up next week!

  3. I want that remedy bar. It looks like Hershey’s. Hershey’s tastes delicious. If they could keep using these ads instead of that craptastic $#!t cmdg is talking about, people might actually like Nintendo again.

  4. It’s a great commercial, but he doesn’t look like Little Mac from NES. 🙁

  5. I’m just disappointed that Mario isn’t the referee and that the boxing ring is dark. It should be bright so that you can clearly see what’s going on, and it’s very annoying with the flashes from the cameras in the background. 🙁 And I want more new characters than just Disco Kid!!

  6. Mattiac, you seem so down. Don’t worry, I’m sure there will be surprises packed into the game and the graphics are vibrant, colorful, and animated enough to keep things clear. I agree, I used to be sort of appalled when I first saw the new Punch-Out but it grew on me.

And above all, even if we don’t get lots of secrets and stuff, it is looking to be one of the funnest games this generation. I can’t wait to try out the 2-player mode as well!
