Final Fantasy and Dragon Quest were found exclusively on Nintendo consoles. Nowadays any console manufacturer would be lucking to see any Triple A title come solely for their console. Even though this is true, that doesn’t mean that it’s not important for each system to have a few games to call their own. Here is a list of five games franchises that would make sense to bring over to Wi...
When I heard the news that Nintendo Power was ending publication, I was crushed. I almost blame myself for not picking up an issue in years, but in my childhood I was an avid subscriber. I can remember anticipating the newest issue’s arrival, then slowly thumbing through the pages to ensure I did not miss a single detail. Now that it is gone, I feel that a piece of my childhood is lost. ...
Q. What is a much better idea that a Metroid and Star Fox crossover? A. Proffessor Layton vs Ace Attorney, of course! Honestly, at least in my opinion, I feel that the zombie fad has run its course. But the thought if Ninja Gaiden and Zombies pairing together has sparked a bit of excitement in me! Keiji Inafune has announced, during a Team Ninja press conference, that Yaiba: Ninja Gaiden Z is a reality. Not much was said about the game, other than it features a ninja named Yaiba who will be chasing down the ori...
With the Wii U on the horizon, it’s obvious that Nintendo is ready for a change of pace. While the console may not offer the highest specs available, they definitely are on track to change the way we think about games. We can already see that this is true with Microsoft and their Smart Glass initiative. Perhaps this has been in development for awhile, but from the outside looking in it looks...
Nintendo has been taking a lot of flack as of late, what with their recent drop in share prices in the Japanese stock market, and the lackluster and quite frankly rushed 3DS launch. Fast forward a few months and Nintendo seems to be on the right track once again. Both Wii U bundles are already selling out online, not even a week after their big pricing announcement and aside from a few naysayers o...

Game Informer was able to secure an exclusive New Super Mario Bros. U trailer. The short trailer highlights new levels and several of the Yoshi abilities that populate the game’s landscape. ...

In the meantime, not only do we get a Kick @$$ system, but we also get an unbelievable number of near launch titles. Check out the jump for a full list of titles!
The Wii U preview event in New York City has come and gone, and now Nintendo has rolled out their specific plans for their next-gen console. A release date, price point, and TWO different SKUs were unveiled along with the promise of Nintendo’s new video service, Nintendo TVii. At the time of the various reveals, it seemed obvious that Nintendo was finally living up to the promise of a new way to p...
