By way of kotaku I found this blog entry from a Japanese man’s site who created a cardboard costume of a Wiimote to wear while standing in line to pick up a Wii at the Yuurakucho Bic Camera. The man, who could not sit down the entire night, became an overnight celebrity as he was interviewed on Japanese TV and featured in the Yomiyuri Shinbun (Japan’s largest newspaper) the next morning.
