Looks like everyone’s favorite hardcore 2D powerhouse Treasure is in talks with Nintendo to make a game. Nothing is cemented as far as we know, but we do know that Treasure are already working on a next-gen game. I suppose they’re just shopping it around, seeing as it was rumored a while ago that they were developing for Xbox 360, which turned out to not bear fruit. More as it comes.
