It’s buggy, twitchy and some times quicker than others, but for a free demo – something the Shop Channel needs more of – Wii Opera is better than i could’ve hoped for.
You’ve had a day to fool around with it and probably crashed YouTube at some point, so we wanna hear from you. What other sites have you played with on “WiiTV”? Personally i’ve found my blogs, feeds, YouTube of course, and a couple major flash sites to be very managable and downright better/convenient on the telly, even if 480i bows down to 480p.
PS- Supposedly there’s a site out there (http://team-dsx.net/ds/basic.php) that allows you to have tabbed browsing on your Wii. I say supposedly cause it’s been shut down by traffic, apparently, and i couldn’t get in. But try and you may succeed. [Via Kotaku]
