Great news for DS gamers today. Nintendo has released a DS download station. You know, the kind that let’s you download a game demo free and playable so long as you leave your DS powered on (expect sleep mode use to greatly increase). From the article: “Though they weren’t due until next month, an avid Flickr user has discovered that the Nintendo DS download stations are already operational in the Nintendo World Store in New York City. After entering the store and hitting “Download Play” in the DS’ main menu, she grabbed a trial version of Brain Age, strangely ignoring the presence of Tetris DS.”
Any New Yorkers tried the service yet? If so, let us know your thoughts.
