The game cube’s next big release is going to be a sequel to Namco’s RPG Baten-Kaitos, witch according to a recent IGN article is going to be published by Monolith Software. The article states that while a US release date was unobtainable from Namco, a Japanese release date of May 30th (my birthday!) has been posted. Nintendo’s and Monolith’s pages for the game, however, claim a release date of February 23rd (actually my Mother’s birthday). Unfortunately none of the sites state the origin of their claimed release dates so I don’t know who to believe, but I tend to trust the latter two because they are written in Japanese. Apparently someone is having trouble choosing who they want to surprise on their birthday with this game.
