Like proprietary DVD formats, this wireless nunchuk rumor — to me anyway — appears to be a solution looking for a problem.
Opposable Thumbs (ars technica) seems to agree with me, saying:
“I’ve played a lot of Wii games, and a lot of those games use the Wiimote as well as the nunchuk. I tend to be fairly active when I Wii and I’m lucky to have a large, open living room. I’ve never run into a situation where I felt constrained or uncomfortable with the cable that connects that Wiimote and nunchuk; it has simply never gotten in the way of my playing.”
Me neither, Mr. Thumbs.
Has anyone out there had Wiimote/nunchuk cable issues that were so bad they would pay for a peripheral like this?
