Baseball is considered the Americas national pastime, deeply tied in the roots of patriotism. Americans began playing baseball on informal teams, using local rules, in the early 1800s. By the 1860s, the sport, became unrivaled in popularity. During the summer you can’t go to a park during the summer without seeing someone play Baseball. Baseball hats are also part of our style history, with people wearing different types of hats representing their favorite teams.
I’ve always found Baseball video games to be a lot more fun than other types of sports games, due to the simplicity and ease of jumping into. Not to mention when the Wii came out, baseball games changed dramatically.
