For those Infendo readers residing in the Land of the Rising Sun (which is certainly not New England this morning), you will have a guaranteed 400,000 Wii’s to fight over when it launches in December. That’s four times as many as another recently launched console, but there’s no word from Nintendo if dropping this news bit today was in response to anything or just a bit of good ol’ spin. In related news, 1.5 million DS Lites will be dropping in Japan as well. No word whatsoever on any new North American numbers, aside from what’s already been reported. As long as there is one, in my hands, come Nov. 19, I suppose I can live with that.
