Every good rhythm game needs a broccoli cooking mini-game…right?

If you’re anything like me, Rhythm Thief & the Emperor’s Treasure is a game that could easily ruin a few relationships. I can see myself playing this game for days. DAYS! I’m a simple man, I like my rhythm games guitar & drum free, with plenty of whimsy on the side. Check out the trailer for the game, and let us know if this game is on you’re radar. I know I’ll be picking it up.

Gah! I had forgotten about this during my post on the Code of Princess post!

Probably because it has the same chance of localization as Elite Beat Agents had. Granted, that chance became 100% in hindsight, but y’know.

But yeah. The game looks amazing, and I hope SEGA decides to bring it across the Pacific.

At first I was like, “Why did they put this out for the Wii? This would work better on 3DS,” and then I realized it IS a 3DS game!

Yes, I’m interested in anything that plays like Rhythm Heaven. Actually, I really hope this is the way the rhythm genre follows, I never liked the life-less and monotonous style proposed by guitar hero/rock band.

Did anyone else catch the Samba De Amigo minigame?

Oh yes, I’ve got my eye on this one alright.

Heck yes I did! I flippin’ love Samba de Amigo! The motion controls may be wonky, but it’s awesome once you catch the flow of it!
