CNN/Money is predicting that the DS will be the next Nintendo 
system to get a face lift, a la Micro style. Even Nintendo’s Fils-Aime hinted a revamped DS is in the works: “As soon as [the DS] was launched, we started looking at ways to tweak it visually.”
