DaVinci Code Coming to GameCube

The DaVinci Code2K games has announced a current generation console video game based on the highly anticipated DaVinci Code film directed by Ron Howard. Both are based on Dan Brown’s smashingly popular, all-time bestseller. Additional game details have yet to be released but if it’s anything like the book, expect a good one.

While I prefer the author’s earlier works such as Digital Fortress, Deception Point, and Angels & Demons, I’m always up for a good mystery.

  1. It’s from next year’s Tom Hanks movie based on the book.

  2. I’d play it, and if any of you haven’t read the book, you’re missing out.

  3. you’re missing out on a mystery novel, not a factual historical truth.

  4. “you’re missing out on a mystery novel, not a factual historical truth.”

    very true, ‘fad’ not ‘fact’

  5. “you’re missing out on a mystery novel, not a factual historical truth.”

    Touchy touchy.

I never said it was non-fictional. Just because it is fiction, does not change the fact that is a good book. Yes, the book has created much controversy, but that does not mean I agree with FICTIONAL statements. The reason people take it so seriously is because they forget what you yourself said, it is a fictional mystery novel, and a good one at that.

  7. I can’t believe they’re making a movie AND a game about this stupid book. But hey, I guess society loves anything that belittles Christianity. I can hardly wait for “Undermining Christianity: The Game”. *massive eye-rollage*

  8. Yea, that seemed to be the big thing last year. With the book, then came all the specials questioning it’s validity, then NBC made that Revelations show a big deal (which bombed). It’s crazy how American companies pounce on fads so quick. Controversy sells, though.

  9. Yeah, but again, it is FICTION. Despite that, believe it or not, I am Catholic.

  10. Ok dude, we get it.
