Kotaku has been covering the New Generation World Hobby fair like crazy, and apparently Nintendo is drawing an incredible crowd. All though it doesn’t look like there will actually be any announcements from the company or any new information, this kind of press event is still of big import to keep the Japanese public aware that Nintendo does indeed make products besides the out-of-stock DS. According to Kotaku Nintendo pulled out all the stops to have a raffle to win one (yes, just one) Nintendo DS on the show floor. One photo showed surprisingly that Nintendo has their crazy quiz game on display in addition to the Mario Kart madness.
