Today at E3, Nintendo stated to their investors that they currently have a free-to-play game that is in development. They stated that the game would release by the end of the fiscal year, meaning we should see it by the end of March 2014 at the latest. They didn’t offer much details beyond that, except they did state that it would NOT be based on Mario or Pokemon.
This is interesting news coming from Nintendo, especially the fact that it will not contain two of their huge franchises. What franchise will appear in this game? Might we see Star Fox make a comeback? Will they use another popular franchise such as Kirby? Will it be a new IP? Let the speculation begin!
